Hi, I’m Ricki. I’m a designer with over 12 years of experience combining my background in fine arts and graphic design to create thoughtful and effective solutions. My creative journey is driven by curiosity and a passion for connecting people and ideas through design.

 

Beyond design, I’ve spent 16 years teaching high school art, which has shaped how I collaborate—celebrating cultural differences, fostering strong communication, and empowering teams to do their best work. I believe in meeting challenges with empathy and creativity, whether it’s leading a team or designing a campaign.

 

When I’m not designing, you can find me painting in my backyard studio, exploring the woods with my three kids, or tackling challenges like how to get my 11 year old to clean up his room.
